Huascarán Nature Reserve in Virtual Reality

From November 29 to 30, the Autonomous Authority of the Electricity System of Mass Transportation of Lima and Callao organized in Lima the “VI International Meeting of Meters”, an event that aims to exchange knowledge and successful experiences on the implementation of metro systems and its benefits in the development of cities, and that brings together researchers, exponents and specialists in the subject. In this opportunity, Inmerzum carried out two digital BTL activations with Augmented Reality solutions. The first was for attendees to see how the current Line 2 of the Lima and Callao Metro was built, and the second allowed to show the public what future train lines would be like. For the latter, we developed an Android application and Cards AR that could be scanned, allowing them to be shown on top of these cards, the future lines, while receiving the explanation of the construction with 3D models. In addition, we carried out an Augmented Reality Wall TV with 4 different scenarios within the future train lines, where attendees could automatically locate themselves, and then take a souvenir photo, which would be received by the participants in their emails, in addition to receive the AR Cards.
